Douglas W. Mayger is Sr. Vice President and Managing Director Performance Minerals Inc.

Mr. Mayger joined Minerals Technologies in February 2002 as Plant Manager in Lucerne Valley California. He was named Business Manager in 2005, and General Manager - Carbonates West in 2007. In September of 2008, he was appointed vice president & managing director, Performance Minerals, and a member of the company's senior management team.  Effective June 2011, Mr. Mayger has been appointed senior vice president, Performance Minerals and Supply Chain.

Prior to joining MTI, Mr. Mayger held various positions of increasing responsibility at Aggregate Industries, Medusa Aggregates, Vulcan Materials Company and Allied Chemical.

Mr. Mayger holds a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
