Douglas W. Mayger is Vice President and Managing Director, Performance Minerals Inc.

Mr. Mayger joined Minerals Technologies in February 2002 as Plant Manager in Lucerne Valley California. He was named Business Manager in 2005, and General Manager - Carbonates West in 2007. He was named to his present position in October 2008.

Prior to joining MTI, Mr. Mayger held various positions of increasing responsibility at Aggregate Industries, Medusa Aggregates, Vulcan Materials Company and Allied Chemical.

Mr. Mayger holds a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
